Mr. Moraczewski is responsible for leading the Firm’s investment operations and strategy, and oversees the investment and underwriting teams, which are responsible for pipeline development, investment screening, due diligence, and transaction execution. He is a member of MV Holdings’ Board and sits on the Investment Committee.
Mr. Moraczewski has more than 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience working in both developed and emerging markets. Before joining DAI in 2019, where he led DAI’s alternative asset management practice focused on Impact/ESG investment strategies, Mr. Moraczewski was a Partner at Kew Capital where he structured, executed, and managed equity investments for a global, industry agnostic, private equity portfolio. Prior to this, he was at Credit Suisse on the Global Structuring Desk in London covering the CEEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, and in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in New York, where he was a member of both the Structured Products and Energy Groups.
Mr. Moraczewski received an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of International Public Policy from John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a BA in Economics & Political Economy from Tulane University.
