Ms. Chen is MicroVest’s Senior Legal Counsel advising on legal, regulatory, and transactional issues related to our governance, fund structuring, and investment operations. She joined the firm in 2023.
Ms. Chen has over 15 years of legal, policy, and government affairs experience working in both developed and emerging markets. Prior to MicroVest, Ms. Chen was a legal consultant in private practice, Senior Counsel covering the Asia and Middle East regions at a US-based multinational technology company in Singapore, and an associate focusing on corporate and capital markets at major international law firms in Hong Kong and New York.
Ms. Chen received a MA in Global Policy from Johns Hopkins’ School of Advanced International Studies, a JD from the University of Virginia’s Law School, and a BA from Binghamton University. She is fluent in English and Chinese.
