As Director of Finance, Ms. Prandecka oversees all fund accounting and treasury functions at MicroVest, as well as compliance with financial regulations and the maintenance of internal controls concerning cash requirements and long-term liquidity strategies for all funds. Ms. Prandecka also oversees key relationships with brokers, custodians, and banks, while managing cash activities for all of funds under management.
Before joining MicroVest in 2017, Ms. Prandecka worked in the Strategy and Corporate Finance division of McKinsey & Company and at Zajdler Energy Lawyers and Compedge USA. She has experience working and living in Poland, Russia, India, and Belgium.
Ms. Prandecka received a BA in Accounting & Finance from Akademia Leona Kozminskiego in Warsaw, and an MA in Accounting & Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Ms. Prandecka is fluent in English and Polish and conversant in French and Russian.
