Leela Vosko

Director of Impact

Ms. Vosko is MicroVest’s Director of Impact, responsible for overseeing the firm’s Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) Program, as well as developing and implementing its long-term impact strategy. She also oversees all Impact Reporting, Disclosure Management, Marketing, and Communications efforts at the firm.

Prior to joining MicroVest in 2019, Ms. Vosko was the Director of Marketing Engagement at ICBA, a trade organization representing U.S. banks, where she oversaw the implementation of integrated consumer marketing strategies for the organization’s for-profit Payments (Bancard), Reinsurance, and Securities solutions. Prior to ICBA, Ms. Vosko was the Manager of Marketing & Communications at the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA), responsible for managing EMPEA’s global engagement with industry stakeholders and strategic marketing initiatives encompassing EMPEA’s data and research portfolio and advocacy initiatives.

Ms. Vosko first developed an interest in global development after spending three summers as an Operations Intern with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) on the Thai/Myanmar border where she assisted with the logistical movement of Burmese refugees from Thailand’s refugee camps to third countries.

Ms. Vosko is a native of Bangkok, Thailand. She has BA in Journalism and Literature from The New School and is fluent in Thai, English, and Lao.
