Ms. Kulasinghe is the Lead Investment Officer at MicroVest, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. She is responsible for pipeline development, underwriting, transaction execution, and relationship management for MicroVest’s Eurasia portfolio.
Prior to re-joining MicroVest in 2021, Ms. Kulasinghe was the Co-head of Investment Banking at Asia Securities Holdings in Colombo, a firm she joined as a Vice President in 2013. Ms. Kulasinghe began her career in impact investing as a part-time Program Associate for the Seed Capital Development Fund. She also held a variety of Investment roles at MicroVest between 2008 – 2013, serving as an Investment Analyst, Associate, and Officer.
Ms. Kulasinghe received a BA in History from Bard College and an MSc in Global Finance from The New School. She is fluent in English and Sinhalese.
