Mr. Bhattacharya is a Senior Investment Analyst at MicroVest, responsible for monitoring portfolio company performance and impact metrics while supporting the Investment Team with risk assessment and transaction underwriting.
Before joining MicroVest in 2024, Mr. Bhattacharya served as a Graduate Associate in the Social Enterprise/Sustainable & Impact Finance division at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). Prior to that, he was a Disaster Risk Finance Consultant at DAI.
Mr. Bhattacharya received an MA in International Economics & Finance from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in Economics & International Relations from SOAS University of London. He is fluent in English and Bengali.
